Disruptions to our service during the Chinese New Year festivities will run from approximately 12th February to 22nd February. The majority of our staff will be on vacation for the majority of this period, as will our suppliers, and shipping agent.

Please make sure you accept the possibility of any delays before ordering during this period. We'll try our very best to ship out your order as soon as we can.

However if you have any urgent enquiries, please send us an email at service@whatlovely.com. Our customer service will be offered at a limited level during the holidays but we'll still reply to you on a daily basis.
